·Mercury: This is a known toxin working against our neurological systems, possibly causing brain damage. Larger and older the fish have high amounts of mercury and other toxins when compared with smaller fish. Omega3 distributors usually ignore this issue and the types of fish used in their products. We do not. We mainly use younger and smaller fish for our products and species that are historically low in Mercury like sardines, anchovies and Atlantic mackerel. The oils are further purified to remove other heavy metals, PCBs, dioxins and other contaminants.

What do other manufactures use? Who knows?
